At Passion Pulse, we are committed to ensuring you are thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be exempt from being returned (such as personalized goods or specific health/beauty items). Please contact our support team to verify if your item is eligible.

The Return Process

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  • Verification: Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • Address Confirmation: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the specific warehouse return address. > Note: Please do not send items back to the origin address without prior confirmation from our team.
  • Refunds : Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: These will be processed via your original payment method or Bank Transfer within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or message us on our contact number.
