All the Vitamins and Minerals work together for female health throughout the various stages of a woman's life. Each stage needs a combination of Vitamins and Minerals to help hormonal balances (Vitamin B6) and to assist red blood cells and haemoglobin formation (Iron), which are important for women's health.

Several Vitamins and Minerals in this formula include Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin D for strong bones, B Vitamins for normal metabolism and Iron, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C and Vitamin E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Indication:

Women and girls over 12 years of age, one tablet daily with food.
