We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

The Return Process

- Approved Refunds: These will be processed via your original payment method or Bank Transfer within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
